I had my email address hacked and they got my password.The email was so horrible it caused me great anxiety. My Daughter helped me as much as she could but there were a few things we couldn’t do. I went to Curry’s this morning and I wish I’d gone sooner. The young Man who assisted me was so knowledgeable, patient, understanding and kind he helped me so much and I don’t feel as anxious as I was. The young Man’s name is Jorden and although I thanked him I just had to let his employers know what Jorden did for me. If I could give him a bonus I would. Please pass on my thanks again.

Went to buy an I pad pro knew exactly what I wanted.however when approached by a salesperson he could not serve me I would have to wait for another sales person to finish serving. I was them approached by another sales person and told the same thing ( mean while the one who is allowed to make a sale is still serving) in total I saw four sales persons and one sat behind a desk but no one can serve me !! Only the one already serving!! Have now ordered on line and did not have to wait for anyone !!

The worst Customer service i have ever experienced !
I arrived at currys Harlow knowing exactly what I wanted. There was immediate difficulty as although the item was a "featured Advertised Item" is was not in stock at the store or for home delivery. I was advised how I "could" make the purchase. I paid for the item, just shy of £350.00 by card. I was then told that there had been a website/system error of some kind and that now I could not buy the item.

It got much worse from here on !
You would assume that a simple "refund to card transaction" would now take place.........NO! , APPARENTLY THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE......... So 12 Days later, another 5 visits to the store, 4 Phone calls to Customer services and STILL NO REFUND !
I HAVE BEEN FOBBED OFF, PUSHED FROM PILLER TO POST, ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER.................
I have now been told that a refund to card has been done and that I should see my money back within about 5 Days.

The moral of the story here, Avoid Currys like the plague, or if you feel compelled to be treated badly and do go there , Do not Pay until you have the Item in your Hand.

My daughter visited this store twice in an attempt to buy a fridge freezer. She found the staff totally unhelpful. On the first visit she eventually found a member of staff who promised to call someone who could help her, but the person never appeared. On the second occasion no-one was willing even to offer to help, so she's now given up on them. What a way to run a shop!

Don't bother. One washing machine, three non-deliveries. The first time (last Tuesday) it wasn't on the lorry. The second time (last Thursday) the machine was damaged. Went personally to Harlow store and complained as I hadn't had any telephone calls from Currys explaining what was going to happen. They allegedly sorted it out for delivery Sunday. Waited all day yesterday for delivery between 10.20 and 14.20, I phoned at 15.20 was assured it was on its way. I phoned at 17.20 to say there was a delay (really?) and that the driver would phone me shortly, he didn't. No one did. I phoned at 18.25 - all phone lines closed till Monday morning. Dreadful service, and I was lied to. I am now stressed beyond belief, I am 65 and widowed and have found this whole experience beyond belief and now feel quite ill. Knowall? Know nothing, care less

I buy all my electrical ggods from Currys, Harlow. (There is nowhere else!)

It used to be a nice place to go and shop, with really friendly staff.

NOW, after the last three shopping experiences, I have to say what a bloomin' surly lot the staff are. Not a smile, no niceties, and all they want to do is sell and get rid of you. CHARMING

I wish there was somewhere else I could get all my kitchen goods, because I would certainly go there.
