Don't bother. One washing machine, three non-deliveries. The first time (last Tuesday) it wasn't on the lorry. The second time (last Thursday) the machine was damaged. Went personally to Harlow store and complained as I hadn't had any telephone calls from Currys explaining what was going to happen. They allegedly sorted it out for delivery Sunday. Waited all day yesterday for delivery between 10.20 and 14.20, I phoned at 15.20 was assured it was on its way. I phoned at 17.20 to say there was a delay (really?) and that the driver would phone me shortly, he didn't. No one did. I phoned at 18.25 - all phone lines closed till Monday morning. Dreadful service, and I was lied to. I am now stressed beyond belief, I am 65 and widowed and have found this whole experience beyond belief and now feel quite ill. Knowall? Know nothing, care less
