Hi, Glad photo studio seems to open when they want and not the times advertised online or in the shop window, I've been trying to get passport photos taken and have used Glad before, so that was my first choice, however three days this week I've been to the shop and it's been closed

Simple passport photo took a very long time because the owner/camera-man was unprepared and couldn't get it right, then seemed to do everything begrudgingly even though I'm paying him for his service! Not recommended - photos were poor anyway and not convinced he knows proper procedure for getting license photo requirements. Not a nice man.
Also BEWARE: the flood of 5 star reviews seem to come in direct response to the negative ones left here, presumably by the shop owner to try to boost his ranking/rating. Notice that they are all in the same broken English (I think he is Nigerian; was difficult to understand him).

Absolutely rubbish. Went for my childrens passport photo but it's unprofessional poor quality photo i said we are not satisfied with photo graph can you take another photo but he was very angry rude he tear off all my childrens photo infront of us and he said go to other shop we were so upset about his rude horrible unprofessional behaviour . Do not attempt to go to this joker for any kind of photos . He has no clue what he's doing. Much better bet going to one of the self-photo booths in the Harvey Centre honestly, a machine does a better job than that horrible rude guy.

Had to take a professional photo for my work. Went to this studio took photos very pleased with the service. Will definitely recommend.

Absolutely appalling. Terrible photos, rude photographer, dingy grubby shopfloor. Do not attempt to go to this joker for passport or license photos because mine were rejected. He has no clue what he's doing. Much better bet going to one of the self-photo booths in the Harvey Centre or anywhere around town - honestly, a machine does a better job than that guy.

Avoid these premises like the plague!
Its untidy disorganised and lacks professionalism.
The little bespectacled guy with a camera is rude and talks too much, neglecting to listen to customer needs.
Our photos were overpriced and awfuly done. Yet we still had to fork out over£80
We asked for a studio photo session and were given a rushed shoddy shoot as he was in a hurry.??
I was terribly dissappointed in the services. Even his photoshop couldn't cover up for his abysmal job.
When we asked for a re-do upon seeing the end product, the guy(owner) was disrespectful.
"Black people are never satisfied". He said.
So this black person will gladly do without the derigatory remarks-thank you.

This place is terrible - avoid like the plague! Trying to get in contact is a nightmare in and of itself; the phone is never answered and just rings and rings. My actual experience of the shop is a very messy and unprofessional one. Very dirty and grubby, photos are of poor quality and I just couldn't wait to leave. The shoots hardly look or feel like they are done by a professional organisation. Very amateur.
I've yet to find a good photo studio in Harlow for shoots with myself and my nieces/nephews (I did not like Flirt Studios either); are there any good ones or will I have to venture to stortford or hertford? If anyone could reply many thanks appreciated.

Had my Daughter's photos taken there in November.Very proffessional and helpfull . will recommend.
Had passport photos there again as always the great service

Very poor studio; please go elsewhere and do not waste your time.
The service is bad; it is very difficult to understand the bloke who runs it and his services are not clear. It looks very untidy and is not really a studio. Photos come out low quality and with bad rushed editing. No way to pay on a credit card. My sister in law went in for a passport photo after me (against my recommendation) in August and had to wait 15 mins, was not treated well as a customer, and then her photo was rejected by the Post Office because it had had photoshop adjustment and the geometric profile was incorrect! Shouldn't the photographer know this?
Do it yourself from home or go to a proper studio with a professional photographer, studio space, equipment etc not a little messy shop with a bloke and Paint.

I strongly recommend this studio. I have had good service and the picture hung in my house today are from this studio. I have a lot of friends who have used the studio and the are pleased. i will go back when i get the money and time!!!!!!

i would not recommend this studio, i have waited over a month for pictures , i have returned one print as it was airbrushed /photo shopped within an inch of its life.
noone ever answers the phone , they are rude and it appears to be just a bloke with a camara and photoshop , could do as good job at home with the amount of good software about.
disgusted with service and am still waiting for a picture to be delievered.
