This place is terrible - avoid like the plague! Trying to get in contact is a nightmare in and of itself; the phone is never answered and just rings and rings. My actual experience of the shop is a very messy and unprofessional one. Very dirty and grubby, photos are of poor quality and I just couldn't wait to leave. The shoots hardly look or feel like they are done by a professional organisation. Very amateur. I've yet to find a good photo studio in Harlow for shoots with myself and my nieces/nephews (I did not like Flirt Studios either); are there any good ones or will I have to venture to stortford or hertford? If anyone could reply many thanks appreciated. katie
