Bought two items, the assistant told me due to the coronavirus there are no changing facilities so you can return for a full refund even though they are sale items. Went back today to return both for a refund but were told they don’t do refunds. The attitude of both staff was outrageous, even though they admitted to giving wrong information, they still refused to give me a refund. Would never entertain this shop again as their attitude sucks and they tell lies!!!!

Disgusted to find that this shop is selling products made from REAL FUR!
Present day methods of farming and skinning animals for their fur is exceedingly cruel. Skinning alive is commonplace practice in China, for example. Kept in tiny cages for the entire duration of their lives, they become so distressed that they often gnaw off their own limbs and eat their own excrement (which they are forced to live in).
Please boycott this shop for perpetuating the cruel fur trade.

absoutly disgusted with this shop. i bought a kimino from here couple of weeks ago wore it at the weekend and then washed it (stating you can put in washing machine with similar colours ) not even saying hand wash and all the tassels at the bottom of the kimino all fell out all got caught up and were shredded. i went to the shop for a refund and they were trying to find me another kimino but i did not find one that i wanted or the same one i had so they offered me a refund so i was like yeah ill take the refund to then be told that they only do credit notes or exchanges. the way they spoke to me was unacceptable and i was with children aswell. i will never be shopping in this shop again and this shop needs to be shut with rude people serving like this. i kept my cool as i had the kids with me they were lucky. will never be buying from this place again they dont deserve my custom.

This shop always has on trend as well as Unique and unusual clothes. I live in ware so 20 mins away but will always travel to Harlow for minx as I know I always find something. The shop is small and the staff leave you to it but I haven't encountered them being rude.

have had a very similar experience to the previous customer. having being denied a refund i asked to speak to the manager but the young person serving (the manager perhaps?) would not provide me with the managers name.Appauling attitude towards customers.

very poor customer service my wife is disabled and is wheel chair bound this shop has no access for disabled people is not able to enter this shop or use any facilities like changing room ,After asking a carer to buy a selection of jumpers and finding two not suitable the manager absolutly refused a refund and said they only will give exchange or credit note even after explaining that my wife was a wheelchair bound cancer patient and had no access to premises so would have to rely on third parties the manager was totally uncaring and rude and still pointed to a scruffy notice stating no refunds only exchanges and credit notes do not reccomend this shop and should be avoided at all costs especially this day and age of all other retailers giving better customer service.
