very poor customer service my wife is disabled and is wheel chair bound this shop has no access for disabled people is not able to enter this shop or use any facilities like changing room ,After asking a carer to buy a selection of jumpers and finding two not suitable the manager absolutly refused a refund and said they only will give exchange or credit note even after explaining that my wife was a wheelchair bound cancer patient and had no access to premises so would have to rely on third parties the manager was totally uncaring and rude and still pointed to a scruffy notice stating no refunds only exchanges and credit notes do not reccomend this shop and should be avoided at all costs especially this day and age of all other retailers giving better customer service.
