The Bathstore staff were always very helpful & friendly, as was the installation guys (Chris Kyprianou & his team). They were always checking that everything was how we wanted it, thus leaving us happy customers.
1 small drawback with a policy of Bathstores was that they couldn't refund unused tiles!
Apart from that we had a hassle free installation of a lovely new bathroom.
