Great value gear for all trades. Staff always seem polite and helpful but you can't expect them to know everything about 10k + products.
It's a bit like Argos in that you fill out your ticket with product numbers and then the staff go to the warehouse and get it. It's not a long wait generally.
You can also get a free cuppa while you wait!
Overall I feel it is the best value trade/diy store around.
