I visited Harlow town branch today for the first time to return a parcel where I qued to be told to go to the self service counter where I qued again I asked for some assistance and the asstant said to another costomer it is self service I'm not her to help when she was taping up her parcel for her the customer behind me very kindly helped me so I would like to take the star away from you and I will not be returning to the Harlow branch and I hope she dose not get a job when you move to smith as there are more deserving people out there that need a job
