Deep tissue or Sports massage are our most popular treatments, along with our signature Thai Massage. We specialise in treating long term chronic pains, with many coming in to treat back and shoulder problems.

Our clients, men and women, travel from as far as Chelmsford, and from all surrounding areas including Bishops Stortford, Stansted, Enfield, Colchester, Cambridge and North London regions.

We can be very busy, especially the later part of the week when clients are stressed out and tired from work. We recommend you book ahead, either call us or book online.

Great massage by cat felt like I was back in Thailand ???? I highly recommend this massage Spa and I will hopefully be back for regular massages

For many years I have lived with Scoliosis of the spine (lateral curvature) caused by a dislocated shoulder creating a musculoskeletal imbalance. It had been so long (almost 40 years) that I believed nothing could be done about it.
I tried Apinya, partly out of curiosity, and partly because I enjoy massage, being qualified in Swedish and Sports Massage myself and within a few weeks, the traditional Thai techniques had restored my spine to normal.
I now have regular treatments partly for "routine maintenance" and partly for the enjoyment of the massage.
I cannot praise them high enough.

Our first visit to Apinya,and what a delightful,relaxing experience. The staff are fully professional and charming. We will definitely become regular visitors.

I visited Apinya this week and had a wonderful and relaxing traditional Thai massage. The surroundings are authentic and comfotable and I was made to feel very welcome by the staff. I feel rested and re-energised at the same time :). I recommend a visit if you want to treat yourself.
