The woman was so rude when I decided to change my order, her English wasn't the best so it was hard to know exactly what she was saying. Small things such as not handing the receipt in my hand but throwing my change and receipt on the counter and huffing and puffing, this has made me not want to come back because this wasn't the first time a member of staff was rude and abrupt.
