Absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour from the middle aged, larger man in there. I attempted to return a parcel and he was extremely rude to the woman in front and her child because he got the wrong parcel for her, it was someone else's name, then he went and got the right parcel, then swore at her because she had 2. The poor woman said she onky received 1 email, so wasnt sure about another parcel. He then continued to get angry and aggressive raising his arms and hands and shouting at all the customers that he is closing the parcels, he is trying to run a business and someone has gone sick. He then refused take accept or get any other parcels. There was about 4 or 5 people in there wanting the parcel service.
I had to go after the lady to see if she was OK. Who does he think he is speaking to people like that, especially and woman and child. How dare he.
I will never use that store again.
