What started well has quickly gone to pot. Waiting for jobs to be carried out still after 2 months one leak in particular is causing damp in the wall. They have to visit and take photos 6 or 7 times before anything gets done. But we could have lived with all that but the lack of aftercare and support while dealing with an anti social neighbour that has breached 4 or 5 of the covenants that we all sign up to is deplorable. Countryside itself say they can't get involved and SHW the Estate 'Managers' have been totally ineffective. So when you are told about and sign the rules about behaviour and parking infringements it isn't worth the paper it's written on.
