If I could give 0 star’s I would.. popped into return an Amazon parcel through Hermes , as it clearly stated ‘ you don’t need to print a label’ and ‘ they take care of everything ‘ and was meet with the rudest ,most arrogant shop worker iv ever encountered .. will never step foot in the shop again .. disgusting !!
