Charlie did a great job of refitting my new bathroom, it is a real shame that he failed to finish the job. He quoted a great price and turned up when he said he would, tidied after he left and nothing was too much trouble, until I paid him! He left me without a working shower and a leaking waste in the basin, really small jobs (that no-one else wants to finish for him) but it was too much trouble for him to come back and fix. The unfinished work would probably only take him half an hour and to be fair he did travel a long way to the job. He told me when he finished that "anything else, just let me know and I'll call back, anytime!" However, he won't answer texts and his phone goes to voicemail!! If you employ him, and I would recommend his work-just make sure you DON'T pay him until the work is done to your satisfaction.
