A friendly company , who prides themselves on great customer service, BEWARE, i placed a telephone bet with them , the horse in question has a history of refusing to start, now if i was in the shop i would of course waited to see if the horse had jumped off, but with a telephone account , you cannot do this, guess what it refused to race,, i consider myself , a punter who likes to place bets win , or lose,, they refused to refund my stake money,, indeed hiding behind rules placed by old stewards at the course, it is THEFT , legalised maybe but still Theft, This Small time outfit will shaft you just like the big boys,, desperate for every penny they can muster,, indeed i was offered when i joined up a free ten pound bet , which i never placed,, no mention of this by them,
