Staff uneducated as to the services available to customers. Given incorrect advice and lodged a complaint. Gave them a second chance and opened a savings accounts with them only to be told 7 working days later that the account couldn’t be opened as my application from Broad Walk post office had not been received by Post Office Money .....really....I know the postal system has slowed down somewhat but 7 days? Once the account is opened I shall close it immediately as I have gone elsewhere with my money. Shame on you Broad Walk.
