I use this shop quite frequently and today I went in there to the Photography Dept and none of the Ladies were there to help me like they usually are, I asked another Sales Assistant on the perfume counter as I couldn't find any staff to help me and I was told these ladies have been made redundant. Why why do you take everything a way from us I'm a Pensioner and I have no Technology's ability to do my photographs but these ladies were a godsend and always use to help me and my sister of 80 years old to get our pics printed off to send to our family who live in Devon. We will not use Boots again Regards Teresa Cowan
