Very disappointing first visit to the new refurbished pizza hut today. On arrival we were standing about two minutes until a staff member come over. Then once we ordered food our children's drinks took about 15 minutes until bought to the table
We had no cutlery, napkins,sauces so we took them from another avaliable table. I had to ask the staff for childrens crayons, etc which they never handed out with our children getting bored with waiting on food. The salad bar wasn't replenished at all, and only scrapings of bits left. The childrens meals were fine but mine and my husbands individual pizzas had absolutely barely any topping, no bbq on mine, pretty much was like just a cheese pizza with nothing to it,such a disappointment when the menu with the two pizzas we ordered on looked absolutely lovely. We never once had a member of staff come to ask if we needed anything or check if everything was ok. Kids wanted there ice cream so we again asked for bowls so they could go and get there I've cream factory! And then we had to go and ask for spoons as no one was on the ball to get these either. Just a very disappointing meal,and unfortunately due to lack of customer care skills and two pizzas practically plain we won't be going back any time soon!!
