We bought a lovely little sofa today at Home Sense. Staff were very helpful,
And especially Karl, he took the feet off the sofa so we could get it into our car, and then helped my husband put it into the car. So nice nowadays to get such good customer service.

Some nice products that my boyfriend and I have been in to look at but overpriced in my opinion. When I went to pay there was a huge commotion over using my card as their machine was down and it was very inconvenience; the staff seemed to act like it was my fault as well and I was putting them out. Hopefully it can improve.
