Sick of getting half ripped pieces of paper through my door when I'm in. Before you get to the door the postman/women are gone. Lazy staff that can't be bothered to give you your items. Then you have the nice hour wait to get it from the office as everyone else has had the same problem

Staff uneducated as to the services available to customers. Given incorrect advice and lodged a complaint. Gave them a second chance and opened a savings accounts with them only to be told 7 working days later that the account couldn’t be opened as my application from Broad Walk post office had not been received by Post Office Money .....really....I know the postal system has slowed down somewhat but 7 days? Once the account is opened I shall close it immediately as I have gone elsewhere with my money. Shame on you Broad Walk.

I visited Harlow town branch today for the first time to return a parcel where I qued to be told to go to the self service counter where I qued again I asked for some assistance and the asstant said to another costomer it is self service I'm not her to help when she was taping up her parcel for her the customer behind me very kindly helped me so I would like to take the star away from you and I will not be returning to the Harlow branch and I hope she dose not get a job when you move to smith as there are more deserving people out there that need a job
